LG Electronics applied touch buttons controlled by ATA2501 to the portable DVD player, DP281.

Potable DVD player unlike AC powered home DVD player requires low power consumption capability to save battery life time. ATA2501 helped this feature since it consumed only 0.1mA in active mode.

DP281 is now sold in European market.
